We believe the experience of receiving your order should feel just as good as the moment you chose it. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking information once it's on its way.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days from the date of shipment.
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods or weather related.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status at any time. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping notification.
Multiple Items If your order contains items from different suppliers, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times. Don't be alarmed — everything is on its way!
International Shipping At this time, we ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding — stay tuned!
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@solaessentials.com and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
