SOLA Essentials Return Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. We stand behind every product in our collection and want your experience to feel as intentional as the items you choose.

Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in original condition, including all original packaging and accessories.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, email us at hello@solaessentials.com with your order number and reason for return. Please do not ship items back without prior approval — unauthorized returns cannot be processed. Once approved, you'll receive return instructions within 2 business days.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item qualifies for free returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Defective Items We take quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A short video showing the damage
  • Clear still images of the item and packaging

We'll offer a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund if a replacement cannot be provided. Claims submitted after 48 hours or without supporting documentation may not be eligible.

Supplier Restrictions In rare cases, a return may not be accommodatable due to supplier restrictions. When this occurs, we'll offer a 10% discount on your next purchase as a thank-you for your understanding and continued trust in us.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Pet care items
  • Personal care and wellness items
  • Any item that has been used or is not in its original condition
